This is an original ink painting by Arlo Mercia, mounted on a quality silk scroll. The painting is done on Dragon Cloud paper handmade from mulberry bark, using the finest Japanese inks handmade by Kobaien of Nara. The owl is done with a rare 90 year old ink, the celery top pine leaves with 65 year old Koyubi Koboku ink, and the mountains with Teiou Shiboku ink. 
 
The scroll is H 155.5cm, W 59.5cm and the image is H 94cm, W 47.5cm.
The scroll comes packed in a custom made protective wooden box.
