Strong-billed Honeyeaters are endemic to Tasmania. They live in mature forests where they move up and down tree trunks looking for insects. Honeyeaters symbolise guidance, good luck and protection.

Cradle Mountain is situated in the north-west of Tasmania. It rises to 1545m and is comprised of igneous dolerite rock.

This is an original painting by Arlo Mercia using water colour and Kobaien ink on Japanese silk.
